Its officially October and it is the Full Moon.
I love this time of year and ever though it might be too soon for sweaters it’s never too soon for pumpkins! !
After a summer of being in the sun and water, our hair is usually ready for some TLC right about now. Did you know pumpkin is actually really good for your hair? It’s full of essential fatty acids and vitamins A, C, and E, that help increase moisture and maintain cell turnover of your scalp while healing inflammation too.
Hair masks are also a great way to honor your body.
While you are letting the mask sit on your hair, or even as you are mixing it together try saying a few words of affirmation like one of the ones listed below. Or if none of them resonate with you just take the time to thank you body and your hair.

All you need are just 3 ingredients; see below:
1 can of pumpkin,
1/4 cup of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of honey
Shampoo your hair and rinse like normal.
Massage pumpkin mask into your hair from mid-length to the ends and let sit for five minutes.
Rinse and condition like usual.
